Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality care to patients in the privacy of their homes. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding career in the medical field. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing and meal preparation.
  • Medication Reminders
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Use aseptic technique to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Utilize medical terminology to document patient care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in educational programs to enhance knowledge of medical procedures and patient care. Skills
  • Experience in providing care to patients in home community care or assisted living facilities.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills.
Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and health clearance Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Quality Care Inhome Care Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
