Requirements:

(MUST HAVE) Valid Iowa State CNA License CPR/BLS Card Recent Negative TB Record (IF Positive, Chest X-Ray will suffice) Ability to pass a Background check Covid-19 Vaccination - (Preferred) Religious exemption or Medical Clearance ​

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with ADL's Properly communicate with management and facilities Document all care provided ​

Qualifications:
