Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living. Respond promptly to resident call systems and requests for assistance. Help residents prepare for meals, activities, and daily routines. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain accurate resident care documentation. Provide compassionate and professional communication to residents, families, coworkers, and visitors. Follow safety, infection control, confidentiality, HIPAA, and residents' rights requirements. Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and resident areas as needed. Participate in required training and in-service education. Work collaboratively with the care team to create a positive resident experience. What We're Looking For CNA certification preferred but not always required. PCA or previous caregiving experience may also be considered. Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, home health, hospitality, or a service-related environment is preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia is a plus. CPR and First Aid certification required or must be obtained as applicable. Must meet applicable state requirements. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must successfully complete required background and health screenings. Apply Today!
