There may be potential for additional care hours with a separate client as well, based on client proximity and caregiver availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding Providing companionship and conversation Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing Planning and preparing meals Providing medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have Dementia experience Ability to interpret the client's provided plan of care Reliable transportation Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs nonsmoker Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus! You will not work with ARIS at home as a certified nursing assistant (CNA, C.N.A.), but as one of the following: caregiver, companion, personal care attendant, HHA, CHHA, H.H.A., home health aide, home health worker, home care caregiver, homemaker
