Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver-Home Health Aide-CNA and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care and support. This vital role involves providing attentive, respectful, and professional assistance to clients in their homes or healthcare facilities. You will be instrumental in promoting independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing quality of life through dedicated caregiving. All positions are paid, recognizing the importance of your contribution from day one. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive personal care assistance, including help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Observe client's health and reporting changes to healthcare supervisors. Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Employ patient transfer methods safely using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices while practicing proper patient transfer techniques Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and end-of-life support when necessary Communicate effectively with clients and Supervisors to ensure personalized care plans are followed and needs are met Requirements Valid Drivers License, active auto insurance, pass a drug test, and pass a National Background Check Proven experience working with in home health clients or in assisted living environments preferred Knowledge of home health care assistance, hospice care, and long-term care practices essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs Strong understanding of home health regulations, and client confidentiality (HIPAA) Certification in first aid, CPR, and in dementia or Alzheimer's care area is a plus Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans in a home or community setting We value energetic caregivers who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
