  • Get to know residents and their families and make a difference in their daily lives Your Role As a Nurse Assistant in our Assisted Living community, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence Provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each resident's needs Build meaningful relationships with residents and families Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other caregivers Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment Support residents during their evening routines and activities What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred A willingness to work as part of a team Genuine love and respect for older adults Patience, tact, and a cheerful, positive attitude Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care Strong communication skills and a desire to make a difference Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule Part-Time Evening Shift Flexible scheduling Make a Difference Every Evening.
