We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable HHAs and CNAs who want to make a real difference in the lives of others while building a meaningful career in healthcare. This is an exciting time to join our team . Home Sweet Home is currently in the process of obtaining our Medicare license , which will allow us to expand services and bring in-home therapy and additional skilled services to our community . We are also one of the only agencies in our area offering Prior Authorization (PA) services through Medicaid , creating even greater opportunities for caregivers who want to grow with us. Requirements Current CNA certification or HHA experience preferred Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for others Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willingness to complete company training, CPR certification, and TB testing Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors Availability to work weekends is preferred (we ask that employees work at least one weekend per month ) Responsibilities Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance Assist with activities of daily living to help clients maintain independence Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping as needed Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors or nursing staff Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment What We Offer ✔ Competitive hourly pay ✔ Health insurance options available ✔ Flexible scheduling (day, evening, and weekend shifts available) ✔ Paid orientation and ongoing training opportunities ✔ A supportive, family-oriented team environment ✔ The opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within the healthcare field ✔ A chance to be part of an agency expanding into Medicare-certified services and in-home therapy At Home Sweet Home, we believe in investing in our team . Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
