The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic personal care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to elderly and disadvantaged clients. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and report any changes to the nurse. Help with mobility issues and transfers. Assist with meal preparation and feeding. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Perform light housekeeping duties.
