Job Description

Starting Pay:

$20/HR Continuum Home Health Care is looking for a reliable, experienced CNA to provide weekend care for two participants who live in the same home in Coopersville, MI . Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Client #1 — 7 hours 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Client #2— 4 hours

Total:

11 hours each weekend day | 22 hours per weekend

Start Date:

September 19, 2026 What We're Looking For We need someone who is dependable and comfortable providing hands-on care, including: Personal care and ADL assistance Safe transfers and mobility assistance Experience with lift transfers Comfort working with clients who use oxygen Experience with tube feeding preferred Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to commit to every Saturday and Sunday This is a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for consistent weekend hours with a predictable schedule. Starting pay is $20/hour , with potential for additional compensation based on experience and specialized skills.
