Job Description
Hidden Creek AFC is a small, family-owned adult foster care home located in Hartland, Michigan. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our team and help provide quality care in a calm, home-like environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, and enjoys caring for others with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting) Medication assistance (per training and policy) Meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment Follow care plans and safety protocols Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person) Reliable and punctual Compassionate, patient, and respectful Able to pass a background check Must be at least 18 years old What We Offer Consistent scheduling Supportive, hands-on ownership Calm and respectful work environment Training provided Opportunity to make a meaningful difference Apply through Indeed or contact us directly for more information
