Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Magnolia by the Lakes - 1.0 Keego Harbor, MI Job Details Full-time | Contract $16 - $19 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Flexible schedule Paid sick time Qualifications CPR Certification Caregiving High school diploma or GED Senior care CNA AED Certification Full Job Description Due to the expansion of Magnolia by the Lakes is hiring for a Full-Time CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant for Afternoon shift with every other weekend availability. The CNA is responsible for meeting all the needs of our Residents. This individual must be committed to providing excellent care to all of the Residents, and must have great communication skills and problem solving skills.
Essential Job Duties:
Assisting Residents with personal care, including dressing, mobility, assisting with medication, personal hygiene, eating and transporting to and from their units to dining room, Movie Theater, activities, etc. Check Residents when needed Maintain open communication between families and healthcare professionals regarding client's medical and emotional condition.\ Document and report any changes in Resident's status Ensure highest patient safety and well-being.
Other Duties:
Greet all guests and visitors that are encountered Assist with laundry and cleaning Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by
Supervisor Qualifications:
High School diploma required 2 years experience working with the elderly preferred Impeccable written and oral communication skills Ability to problem solve quickly Background check will be preformed
