Experience in specialized care environments such as long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, hospital medicine units—including ICU or Level I Trauma Centers—and hospice settings. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper techniques; skilled in manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts. Strong caregiver communication skills to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients on health management plans. Competence in administering medications under supervision when required; familiarity with infection control practices such as aseptic technique is highly valued. Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care!
