Job Description

Job Summary Join our team at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare where we know all of our employee's and residents by name. We would love to have you join our team. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
We are hiring for dayshift:
7 am to 7 pm and nightshift 7 pm to 7 am. Not certified, no worries, we offer in-house CNA class to get you certified. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support for residents with mobility challenges using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Maintain resident hygiene and assist with catheter care as needed. Document resident care accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Support residents with developmental disabilities, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and other specialized needs. Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents by following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Skills Experience in critical care, long-term care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is preferred but not required. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical documentation practices is preferred but not required. Commitment to ongoing professional development in caregiving practices.
