Skilled Caregiver/CNA Bring your experience where it matters most. Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building relationships, providing consistent care, and making a lasting difference.

Schedule:

Daily split shifts, 6:30 AM to 9 AM and 4 PM to 6:15 PM Consistency and reliability are essential for this client. If you enjoy establishing routines and delivering high-quality, compassionate care, we'd love to hear from you.
