Full & Part Time positions available! Pioneer Care and Rehab is an 87-bed skilled nursing facility located in beautiful Dillon, MT.

We provide comprehensive support to our residents through a full range of skilled nursing care and restorative therapies. Serving the community of Dillon, our team is dedicated to creating a creating a culture of compassion and care, providing each resident with an exceptional experience.
Position Description:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a critical role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents. Working closely with the nursing staff, you will assist residents with daily living activities, help maintain a safe and clean environment, and provide companionship.
Qualifications:
Certification:
Must hold an active CNA certification in Montana.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar setting (e.g., skilled nursing facility, assisted living) preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication, patience, and empathy are essential.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift/move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out all assigned duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. Conduct resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and at regular intervals (approximately every two hours). Ensure each resident receives the appropriate care and meals by confirming their identity before providing nursing care or serving food. Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment and ensure resident needs, including basic room setup and comfort, are met. Perform additional duties as needed or as directed.
Compensation:
$22-$25 an hour, based on experience

8-hour shifts, 6a-2p, 2p-10p,10p-6a
