Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at 1206 N. Ellis Avenue , Dunn, NC. This vital role involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals across various settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility using safe lifting practices and equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, maintaining accurate medical documentation. Support patients with medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral management Assist with patient transfer methods using appropriate manual handling techniques to ensure safety for both patients and caregivers. Experience Prior experience working in long-term care facilities, nursing homes, or assisted living environments is highly preferred Experience working with diverse populations including geriatric patients, individuals with developmental disabilities Strong caregiving communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient service. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere to infection control standards in acute or post-acute care settings. Certification as a CNA or PCS experience preferred Join us at 1206 N.
