Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Sitters, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care and support to clients in various settings. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful environment. Support seniors and individuals with disabilities in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Monitor clients' health status, report changes or concerns to supervising healthcare professionals promptly. Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients. Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care, including meal preparation and medication reminders as directed. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client interactions. Skills Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to assist others. Experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities preferred. Ability to adapt to different client needs and provide personalized care. Knowledge of basic caregiving procedures and safety standards. Patience, reliability, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Prior experience as a PCA, Sitter, or CNA is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
