Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medication Technician to provide essential support to residents in need as well as administer medications. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and ensure the medication administration of our clients

Responsibilities:

Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home care or hospice care
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and safety of clients
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
