Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home care or hospice care
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and safety of clients
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
