Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred. Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire), including pediatric first aid training. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to foster a nurturing environment. Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration.
