Full-Time Transportation Aide / CNA Northcrest Rehabilitation & Nursing Center | Napoleon, Ohio Full-Time | Day Shift Northcrest Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable Full-Time Transportation Aide to join our team! This position is ideal for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who enjoys interacting with residents and providing safe, reliable transportation to medical appointments while assisting with resident care throughout the day. Responsibilities Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and scheduled outings. Assist residents with transfers, wheelchair transport, and entering/exiting the vehicle safely. Ensure residents arrive to appointments on time and return comfortably. Maintain transportation logs and required documentation. Keep the transportation vehicle clean, organized, and inspection-ready. Communicate appointment updates with nursing staff and families as needed. Provide CNA support on the floor when transportation duties are complete. Qualifications Current Ohio CNA certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
