Job Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a part-time capacity, providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients across various settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with diverse patient populations, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized medical attention. Your primary focus will be to assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using proper manual handling techniques and equipment like Hoyer lifts, and shopping and errands. Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols, safe lifting practices, and proper patient transfer methods. Skills Proven experience working in medical settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments. Strong knowledge of basic life support (CPR) procedures. Experience caring for geriatric patients or individuals with chronic conditions such as dementia or infectious diseases. Excellent caregiver communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate support to patients with disabilities or developmental challenges. Pay:
Up to $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
