Job Description

Now Hiring:
Certified Nursing Assistant - Full-Time Starting at $20.00/hr based on experience + shift differential We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those requiring long-term care. Your work will play a key role in helping residents maintain their health, dignity, and comfort throughout their recovery journey. Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Perform safe and effective transfers, positioning, and mobility support Take and record vital signs, weight, and other health-related data Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity Assist with meal service, including feeding as needed Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and shared spaces Support residents in engaging with activities and social interactions Follow individualized care plans and adhere to facility protocols Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in Oregon (required) High school diploma or GED Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and care teams Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing excellent care Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Must pass background check and drug screening
