Competitive Pay & Benefits Competitive Compensation DailyPay - Access Your Earned Wages Before Payday Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Wellness Programs Employee Referral Bonuses Company-Paid Training Career Growth & Development Leadership Development Opportunities Paid Training Programs Professional Development Opportunities Certification Support Career Advancement Opportunities Opportunities Across Multiple Service Lines Meaningful Work That Matters Lead and Support Direct Care Staff Empower Individuals to Reach Their Goals Build Meaningful Relationships Strengthen Communities Join a Mission-Driven Organization What You'll Do As a Team Lead , you will: Provide first-line supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance support to direct care staff Organize, schedule, and distribute work assignments among team members Communicate program policies, procedures, and expectations to staff Maintain a direct service caseload and provide direct support as needed Coordinate and oversee medical appointments and follow-up care Communicate with nurses, physicians, guardians, family members, and other stakeholders regarding individual needs Participate in person-centered planning meetings and support the implementation of individualized plans Ensure required documentation, progress notes, and monthly reviews are completed accurately and on time Coordinate communication with service coordinators and interdisciplinary teams Prepare reports and maintain documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance Perform other duties as assigned Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Dependable ✔ Team-Oriented ✔ Organized ✔ Adaptable ✔ Professional ✔ Person-Centered ✔ Strong Communicator Qualifications Required Current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) Certification Valid Driver's License Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field such as Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field OR Associate Degree with at least three (3) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities OR High School Diploma/GED with at least five (5) years of relevant experience Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, guardians, and community partners Preferred Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Experience supporting individuals with behavioral health or intellectual/developmental disabilities Knowledge of person-centered planning and regulatory compliance requirements Schedule Full-Time Schedule based on program needs Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and location changes may be required Physical Requirements Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and perform physical job duties as needed Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, kneel, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive motions Ability to travel to appointments, meetings, and community activities as required Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
