Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, transfers, and mobility. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Accurately document resident care and report any changes in condition. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania CNA certification. Ability to perform the physical requirements of resident care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
