Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year or more of recent direct patient care experience in emergency care or a related field, succh as a Medical Assistant / Candidate must have excellent phone etiquette, customer service experience & be familiar with electronic health records & order entry.
