Role:

CNA As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Lehigh, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide person-centered care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting our residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities:

CNA Provide direct patient care, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team Assist with feeding, including tube feedings and mealtime care Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
