Nursing Assistant Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our homecare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to client's in-home environments. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients while assisting with daily activities, companionship and personal needs. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Help with mobility by assisting patients in moving to and from beds, chairs, and other locations. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Ensure cleanliness and safety in client's homes by adhering to hygiene protocols. Experience Previous experience in long-term care, nursing homes, or home community care is preferred. Hoyer Lift experience is a must. Experience with technology like WellSky or other apps to login and out. A compassionate approach to senior care and a commitment to enhancing patient quality of life are key attributes for success in this role.
