We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) to join our Assisted Living team. In this role, you'll assist residents with daily living activities and help each maintain their highest level of independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Assist residents with meals and report any changes in eating habits Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident rooms and common areas Help residents participate in activities and move safely throughout the facility Support individualized care plans and participate in care planning with families and staff Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Assist with supplies, linens, and general housekeeping tasks
Position Highlights:
Recruitment and Retention Bonus totaling $750 Sundays and Mondays, 2:00pm - 10:30pm, 16 hours each week Paid time-off after 90-days of employment, for when you need to recharge Employee Assistance Program to provide you with complimentary services and suppor
Ideal Candidate:
Holds an active Washington state CNA credential Has or is willing to obtain BLS and First Aid certifications Delegated Assistant certification or willing to obtain Willingness to complete required trainings Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused Works well in a team and takes initiative in a fast-paced environment Committed to promoting dignity, comfort, and respect in resident care Why Join Us?
