We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated HCA/CNA Med Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient and resident care within assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or home care settings. Your expertise will support individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related conditions. You will work closely with medical teams to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for every individual while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Duties Assist residents and patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and hygiene to promote independence and well-being Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; document findings accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner Administer medications and treatments following physician orders while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Support specialized care needs such as tube feeding, catheter care, and medication administration for individuals with complex health conditions Assist with mobility and transfer techniques using proper physiology knowledge to prevent injury for both patients and staff Observe and report changes in health status or behavior promptly to nursing staff or medical teams Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols related to assisted living, hospice care, or memory care settings Skills Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments with a focus on senior care and dementia or Alzheimer's support Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic nursing procedures including vital signs measurement and catheter care Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems) such as Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation of patient care activities Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring specialized attention Excellent caregiving skills combined with compassion, patience, and strong communication abilities Understanding of HIPAA compliance to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times Experience working in acute care settings or hospice environments is highly desirable Join us in delivering compassionate care that transforms lives! Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
