Valid and current CNA Certification in the state you are applying to 1-2 years CNA current/recent experience in an

SNF/AL/IL

facility Active Certifications

• BLS or CPR Must have a

COVID-19

vaccination or exemption where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Provide mobility, transfers, positioning, and fall prevention assistance. Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition . Support meals, hydration, comfort, and personal hygiene . Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence . Provide companionship and support with daily activities . Follow care plans and report concerns or changes to licensed staff .
