NOC shift: 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Company Information Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center / Hope Senior Living is a family owned and operated skilled nursing facility / assisted living in the Village of Lomira, just a short drive from Fond du Lac, West Bend, Waupun and Beaver Dam. Our facilities are centrally located, offering easy access for employees. Hope Health & Rehabilitation Center / Hope Senior Living has an excellent reputation for compassionate care of older adults and their families with outstanding staff and a wonderful work environment. We provide a variety of services including assisted living, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing.
