Weekend Home Caregiver (CNA/HHA) Roles in Salem Lakes Area Competitive Pay Starting at $8/hour with $100 Bonuses + Flexible Weekend Hours! Join our dedicated caregiving team supporting seniors every Saturday and Sunday.

Job Overview:

Schedule:

Every Saturday 7am-1pm and Sunday 2:30pm-8:30pm Client care within Salem Lakes and nearby communities Deliver safe, compassionate care to elderly and adult clients

Compensation & Benefits:

$8/hr for short 2-3 hour weekend shifts Increased pay rates for shifts 4 hours and longer $100 bonus for each 100 hours worked Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x rate Additional bonuses for client transportation and driving duties Weekly pay, health benefits, and periodic raises Paid training and support for professional growth

Responsibilities:

Fall risk monitoring and client safety Personal care assistance: bathing, grooming, toileting Assisting with transfers using equipment Meal preparation and feeding support Medication prompts and memory care assistance Providing companionship and client transportation

Requirements:

Minimum one year paid caregiving experience Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Certification or proven skills as CNA, HHA, or equivalent Ability to lift 25 pounds and handle physical caregiving tasks Completed background, drug, and DMV checks

Preferred Skills:
