We are seeking an experienced Memory Care Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated care team, and ensure our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. As the Memory Care Supervisor, you will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive community while leading staffing, resident services, compliance, and operational excellence. Personal Time Off (PTO) and Vacation benefits What You'll Do Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care department while maintaining high standards of resident care and service Support a culture that promotes dignity, respect, privacy, and resident-centered care Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and support Memory Care team members, including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Medication Technicians Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations related to assisted living and memory care services Partner with residents, families, nurses, therapy teams, and community leadership to provide exceptional service Participate in developing, updating, and implementing resident service plans Ensure care plans are followed and residents receive appropriate support based on their individual needs Assist with staffing, retention, budgeting, and operational goals for the department Help manage census, occupancy goals, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain confidentiality and protect resident rights at all times Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among associates What We're Looking For Compassionate leader with a passion for serving seniors and individuals with memory care needs Experience working in assisted living, long-term care, or a senior living environment Previous experience supervising healthcare teams or managing daily operations preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members Ability to organize, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive resident experience Required Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Current CPR certification Current Food Handler's Permit (as required) Must have authorization to work in the United States Why Join Our Team?
