Licensed Nursing Home Administrator:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home facility
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and financial planning
Supervise and provide guidance to staff members, ensuring high-quality care for residents
Collaborate with medical professionals and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
Implement strategies to improve the quality of care and resident satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care

Qualifications:

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in CT 3 years
