Licensed Nursing Home Administrator:
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home facility
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Supervise and provide guidance to staff members, ensuring high-quality care for residents
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
  • Implement strategies to improve the quality of care and resident satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care
Qualifications:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in CT 3 years
