A Designee, a Scheduler and a Leadership team that's been in place for over 3 years in the Relais & Chateau style community, more of a Luxury Cruise Ship experience for your ultra-catered-to residents and their families. 100% staffed with trained staff, even the aides got offered Certified Dementia Practitioner certifications, not just the 8 hour course! With $5200 in tuition, every staff and leadership are constantly being bred to be "The Best of the Best", take pride in their communities and rewarded for the stability, loyalty and keeping quality standards. Needing an experienced leader to bond the Leadership team and staff. Must have RN, 2 years Assisted Living experience with at least 1 year in Leadership as a RCD or Designee or Nurse Manager.
