Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Oversee staff, including nurses and caregivers, to ensure quality care delivery
- Coordinate with medical professionals to address resident health needs
- Handle budgeting, financial management, and reporting for the facility Requirements
- Experience in long-term care settings
- Background in healthcare management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Knowledge of dementia care, working with people with developmental disabilities, and other specialized care areas
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of operations management in a healthcare setting
