Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. Duties
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
  • Oversee staff, including nurses and caregivers, to ensure quality care delivery
  • Coordinate with medical professionals to address resident health needs
  • Handle budgeting, financial management, and reporting for the facility Requirements
  • Experience in long-term care settings
  • Background in healthcare management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Knowledge of dementia care, working with people with developmental disabilities, and other specialized care areas
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of operations management in a healthcare setting
