This confidential opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrator who is committed to quality care, regulatory compliance, and team development. Essential Functions Lead the overall operations of the facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Support quality improvement and resident satisfaction initiatives. Oversee budgeting, staffing, and operational performance. Collaborate with clinical and department leaders to achieve organizational goals. Maintain survey readiness and implement corrective action plans when needed. Foster a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the organization. Minimum Qualifications Active Nursing Home Administrator license. Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare compliance. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
