Lead a Brand-New Skilled Nursing FacilityParkside at Ivey Ridge | Alpharetta, GA An exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility from opening day. The Parkside Group is seeking an exceptional Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead Parkside at Ivey Ridge, our newly constructed skilled nursing facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. Our facility is fully licensed and preparing to welcome its first residents. We're looking for a strong operational leader who can establish a culture of excellence from day one, inspire the team, deliver outstanding clinical and customer service outcomes, and position the facility as the premier provider of skilled nursing care in the community. If you're a hands-on leader with a proven track record of achieving outstanding survey results, strong occupancy, employee engagement, and operational success, we'd love to speak with you. What You'll Do Provide overall leadership for the daily operations of the facility. Foster a culture centered on compassion, accountability, teamwork, and excellence. Partner with department leaders to deliver exceptional resident care and customer service. Ensure ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining survey readiness. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, labor management, and operational efficiency. Drive occupancy growth by developing strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, and the local community. Monitor quality measures and implement strategies to continuously improve clinical and operational outcomes. Support, mentor, and develop department leaders to create a highly engaged leadership team. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. Work closely with ownership and executive leadership to achieve the facility's strategic goals. Qualifications Current Georgia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required. Minimum of 3 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, reimbursement, budgeting, and skilled nursing operations. Demonstrated success improving quality measures, occupancy, employee retention, and financial performance. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
