Executive Director - Assisted Living & Memory Care Alpharetta, GA | Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Alpharetta, Georgia. This position is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the community, including resident care and satisfaction, team development, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and occupancy growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior living leader with experience managing Assisted Living and Memory Care operations and a strong ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive overall community performance. Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care community Lead, support, and hold department managers and team members accountable Ensure compliance with Georgia Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations Maintain high standards for resident care, safety, and satisfaction Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor management, and employee performance Monitor revenue, expenses, accounts receivable, budgets, and overall financial performance Partner with sales and marketing to support occupancy growth and resident retention Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners Oversee hiring, training, employee development, and performance management Maintain readiness for state surveys, inspections, and regulatory requirements Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions Qualifications Previous leadership experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care required Executive Director, Administrator, or comparable senior living leadership experience strongly preferred Knowledge of Georgia senior living regulations and compliance requirements Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Experience managing budgets, labor, occupancy, and community operations Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Must meet applicable State of Georgia requirements for the position Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Professional growth opportunities Supportive leadership team
