Job Description

Job Overview The Executive Director (LNHA) oversees an organization's operations and strategic direction, providing leadership and support to staff, leaders, residents and families. They manage budgets, implement policies, and ensure organizational goals are met. Representing the organization externally, the Executive Director drives its mission and vision, ensuring long-term success. Duties Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and implement care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Supervise staff, including nursing personnel and support teams, to ensure high standards of care. Oversee budgeting and financial management to maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for residents. Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in senior care. Maintain open communication with residents' families regarding care plans and any changes in health status. Ensure the facility is well-maintained and that safety protocols are followed at all times. Skills Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home administration. Strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and dementia care. Knowledge of nursing practices and senior care principles. Effective management skills with experience in supervising staff. Familiarity with long-term care operations management and group home experience. Financial acumen for budgeting and resource allocation. Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with residents, families, and staff members. Experience in home & community care settings is a plus. Full-time Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
