Responsibilities Lead and support regional resident services teams across multiple senior living communities Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care and engagement programs Monitor regulatory compliance, documentation, and quality standards in resident services Use data and feedback to improve service outcomes and resident satisfaction Collaborate with nursing, operations, and hospitality leaders to align resident care Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage resident services leaders and staff Standardize best practices and implement new initiatives across communities Partner with families to address concerns and enhance resident experience Required Skills Regional operations oversight Senior living or long-term care management Regulatory compliance (state AL/RCFE regulations) Care coordination and service planning Data analysis and quality improvement Staff leadership, coaching, and performance management Budgeting and resource allocation Resident and family relations Program development for engagement and memory care Cross-functional collaboration
