Duties Oversee the daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments Supervise and support care staff, including nursing, caregiving, and administrative teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans that address residents' individual needs, including Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care services Ensure compliance with all long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards while maintaining accurate documentation and records Manage facility budgets, financial planning, and healthcare financial management to optimize resources without compromising quality of care Coordinate medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare regulations and resident safety protocols Promote residents' rights by advocating for their autonomy and dignity while managing disability services and home & community care programs effectively Qualifications Proven experience in nursing home administration or assisted living management with extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations and senior care practices Strong background in Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and managing residents with developmental disabilities or complex health needs Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in healthcare or residential care settings; ability to manage teams effectively Familiarity with healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational management within a senior living or long-term care environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication purposes Knowledge of resident's rights policies and experience working within disability services or home & community care programs is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills combined with a compassionate approach to resident-centered care; ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Join us in creating a vibrant community where seniors thrive!
