Job Description

Hartley Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) who shares our commitment to quality senior care. In this key leadership role, you will oversee facility operations and drive clinical, operational, and financial performance while maintaining exceptional standards of care and service. Key Responsibilities As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the facility's overall operations and clinical and financial success.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining budget compliance and financial performance Overseeing daily facility operations Supporting staff recruitment, development, and retention Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Building positive relationships with residents and their families Supporting marketing and census-development initiatives Providing leadership and oversight to all facility departments Promoting a culture of quality care, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state Strong knowledge of managed care and high-volume Medicare operations Sound, professional judgment and decision-making skills Ability to collect, analyze, and effectively manage data Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to maintain professional working relationships with associates, residents, families, vendors, and community partners
