LTC, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Acute Care Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of nursing home operations, including resident care, staff management, and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents with diverse needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, memory care, and developmental disabilities. Supervise nursing staff and care teams to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices in senior and assisted living care.
