7:00 am•3:30 pm (Mon•Fri)
Contract Duration:
13 weeks
Pay Rate:
$80•$85/hour Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week

Sep 1st 2026
Experience & Requirements:
Current Basic Life Support Certification Active LNHA License Work experience: 1-2 years of LNHA experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing home. Provide leadership to staff and promote a positive work environment. Ensure the facility complies with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accreditation standards and facilitate inspections. Prepare and manage the budget. Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff. Conduct performance evaluations and address employee concerns. Monitor patient care services to ensure quality standards are met. Implement improvement plans based on feedback and assessments. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans. Ensure that residents receive appropriate medical and personal care.
