We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee services within a personal residence (unlicensed setting). This position combines direct leadership, staff development, and operational oversight while ensuring exceptional supports are delivered each day. What You'll Do As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the home by providing leadership to both the individuals served and the Direct Support Professionals who support them.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate and oversee all services in accordance with each individual's Individual Plan of Service (IPOS). Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 5-6 Direct Support Professionals. Create and maintain staff schedules while assisting with after-hours on-call coverage as needed. Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment by monitoring safety practices, completing incident reporting, and ensuring emergency preparedness. Maintain accurate documentation and individual records while ensuring compliance with agency, CMH, Recipient Rights, and State/Federal requirements. Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of staff. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and individual coaching to promote consistency and professional growth. Oversee household operations, including budgeting, grocery planning, supplies, and general home organization. Serve as the primary liaison between the support team, families, guardians, case managers, and other community partners. Encourage meaningful community involvement and help individuals pursue their personal goals and interests. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about developing both people and teams.

Preferred qualifications include:

At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience in human services, preferably supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in Human Services or a related field is a plus. Current or willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and other required training. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with scheduling, documentation, and team development. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience. Work Environment This position is based primarily in an individual's home and includes regular community involvement. Duties include assisting with household activities, transporting individuals when appropriate, and supporting people in daily routines. The role may require lifting, assisting with mobility, and working both indoors and outdoors.
