Some travel is required between the two homes (about a 12-minute drive). This role balances direct caregiving with administrative tracking to maintain a warm, safe, and family-like environment for our seniors. Key Responsibilities Staff Management & Scheduling

Recruit, onboard, and set up training schedule of direct care workers (caregivers/CNAs) with RN
Build and manage the weekly 24/7 staff care schedule to eliminate coverage gaps
Provide shift coverage during emergencies or staff shortages Resident Care Coordination
Monitor implementation of individualized service plans (ISPs)
Coordinate doctor appointments, therapy visits, and resident transportation as needed
Audit medication administration records (MARs) for absolute accuracy Activity Programming & Engagement
Lead daily physical health routines, including structured chair exercises, light stretching, or guided walks.
Create and run a weekly/monthly calendar of mental and social games, such as bingo, trivia, puzzles, enrichment activities, entertainment and crafts.
Spend intentional one-on-one time with residents to warmly encourage and motivate them to join group events.
Adapt games and movements so all residents can join in, regardless of their physical or cognitive levels. Facility Operations & Compliance
Oversee both household grocery shopping/ordering, meal planning, and accurate supply ordering
Maintain the home records according to MDH assisted living rules for both sites
Perform routine safety drills and keep detailed home maintenance logs
Coordinate general maintenance of house and appliances Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Assisted living facility experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
